infants

unfurling

like a new dawn

Horizons still to

be painted and explored

Effulgent is their essence

...wise and winsome illumined ways

Permeating our darkness with hope 

Transcending dissolution... teaching love!

Empty

whispers on the breeze

blushing clouds in the azure 

birdsong's tight medley

this place...where our love once grew

....now an empty meadow view

barefoot I walk... without you!

Starlight

Sapphire, serene, celestial night 

Sequin stars, perfect pinpricks, bright 

A warm, velvet embrace excites

Their fervour grows and sparks ignite

When they make love it feels so right 

Becoming one as they unite 

Illuminated hearts take flight 

Beneath the cool, silken, starlight

Beneath the cool silken, starlight 

Sequin stars, perfect pinpricks, bright 

Two souls full of admiration 

Lost in mutual appreciation 

A warm, velvet embrace excites

Sapphire, serene, celestial night 

Illuminated hearts take flight 

Overwhelming pure devotion

Beneath the cool, silken, starlight

When they make love it feels so right

Their fervour grows and sparks ignite

Lovers lie entwined in passion

Glowing with sublime satisfaction  

Becoming one as they unite
