Anger, hatred and greed… portals to war
There’s more than enough, but we all want more
Haven’t we learned from past evils of wars
Human cost.. never worth spoils, possession
Poverty causes... fascist oppression
Revenge through pride... bloodshed and aggression
The rain in Ukraine has now turned to lead
Families cowering under their beds
Mothers, fathers... children... so many dead
Oh when will humanity understand?
Against genocode must all take a stand
Power does not makeath a promised land
Oligarchy’s economic chokehold
For money, innocent souls have been sold
Russia won't stop until Europe they own
Monopolized gas.. when plenty to share
Causes division... when for self only care
Mother earth’s gifts for all nature to share
Teddy bears made into mines left on streets
Rounding up into camps... killing the weak
If don’t act now... a holocaust will repeat
